Our Customer Services team are there purely to provide post sales support to all of our customers and will assist you with any query you may have with your order.

Returns

All standard requests for returns are handled within 48 hours from your initial request, during which time both your returns authorisation and replacement product if required will be issued. We also offer a free of charge collection service for all returns. They will give you guidance with our suppliers procedures for warranty or repairs and can get instant on line tracking information for any delivery query.

Delivery

As one of both TNT and Business Post's largest customers we enjoy a dedicated level of service from both of these nationwide couriers. Each courier offers parcel tracking & proof of delivery via the internet. Timed deliveries are available at a slight extra cost from both of these couriers.

A dedicated same day delivery service is also offered at an extra charge if your order is placed before noon and the delivery address is close enough to be shipped from our warehouse and delivered before the close of business at the parcels destination.

In addition to these services we offer a specialised transit for Rack deliveries and heavy or large products.
