Delivery

How we deliver

Your order will be shipped to you either via one of our partner national parcel carriers, TNT or Business Post, or one of our more specialist dedicated couriers.

The option of a premium service will be offered for an extra cost. We will notify you of the delivery method when we confirm your order.

Occasionally different products on the same order may be delivered separately.

Delivery Times

Next day delivery applies to all orders for items in stock unless you select a premium service. Next day service is between 8.30am and 6pm for orders place before 5.00pm the previous day. Premium services are offered as pre 10.30am, Pre Noon. Same day delivery is available if your order is placed before noon and the delivery address is not geographically far away from our warehouse (based in Birmingham) to arrive before the close of business at the parcels destination.

Timed Delivery

Timed deliveries are available at a slight extra cost are available from TNT and Business Post. Please note that whilst we do everything we can to meet delivery times, delays may occur.

Delivery Charges

Whilst we make every effort to keep our delivery charges as low as possible, our charge depends on the type of product ordered and whether you choose standard delivery (next day) or a premium service (e.g. pre 10.30am, pre noon, same day or specialist courier services).

Delivery Addresses

Delivery must be to an address in the United Kingdom. All deliveries must be signed for. If the boxes are damaged or items are missing from the delivery this must be recorded by the recipient when signing for the delivery. Please make sure a copy of the delivery note is retained for your records.

End User Addresses

Interface (ISI) is able to ship direct to the end user address on unmarked delivery paperwork and the items will bear no reference to Interface (ISI).

Racks and Heavy products

These products require a specialist delivery services especially if the goods are to be delivered to the end user site and require siting.

Proof of Delivery

As one of both TNT and Business Post's largest customers we enjoy a dedicated level of service from both of these nationwide couriers. Each courier offers parcel tracking & proof of delivery via the internet.
